i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. my room included towels, bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. tea and coffee facilities were also available. the bed and pillows provided great comfort.

The location proved convenient, offering easy access to key attractions. I found the gym to be excellent and accessible 24/7. The rooftop bar provided amazing views, a definite highlight (I really enjoyed this).
I noticed that the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, disruptive. This impacted the overall tranquility of my stay.

The hotel's location near the Callao subway station proved acceptable. Many attractions were also easily accessible.
The lack of air conditioning was a significant issue. The hotel controlled the AC system centrally and seemed to prioritize heating over cooling, it was unpleasant. This felt misleading, especially since I specifically chose this place for its advertised AC. I switched hotels to get proper climate control, because I couldn't stand the hotel's policy.
